While Valentine’s Day may look a little different this year, it’s still a great opportunity to celebrate LOVE – whatever that means to you.

Here are some options to celebrate Valentine’s Day at home this year:

Kick off your Valentine’s Day festivities early with this inspired and fun partner yoga class! Practice with your sweetie, your gal pal, your guy friend, or your kiddo – anyone you can practice with safely in the comfort of your own home. Join Yoga Home co-founder, Kerri, and her husband and fellow Yoga Home teacher, Brian, for this all-levels yoga class. The benefits of practicing yoga with a partner are endless, but some include improved levels of communication, deeper expressions of postures and the encouragement of trust. Plus, it’s just plain fun. Beginners, including those with no prior experience, are welcome. We’ll have lots of options for more experienced yogis as well.

Unlock the Power of Your Heart Chakra

In this workshop, you will gain a basic understanding of how your heart chakra works and identify when it feels balanced, deficient or excessive in energy. We will practice yoga poses, breathing techniques, mudras and meditations to expand lung capacity, increase flexibility in the upper spine and shoulders, and connect more deeply with the love, acceptance and peace that is already within you.
