YogaKoh 200hr YTT Montana

August 12, 2019 @ 2:00 PM - September 8, 2019 @ 2:00 PM

YogaKoh teacher trainings follow the highest standard in yoga education. They are designed to help you understand and reach your highest potential. This one month, residential training offers a certification at the 200hr level that enables you to register as an internationally-recognized yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. Our trainings are held at some of the most beautiful locations on the planet, offering you the most sincerely life-enriching experience.

Teacher Trainings are the root of our passion. Guidance and education in the practice of yoga are our favorite instruments, and it excites our souls to watch people awaken to the song of freedom and opportunity in their lives.

So what is yoga? And what does it really mean to say you practice yoga?

Over one month we will take an introspective look into those questions by exploring all the different layers of the practice.

This course is designed for interested practitioners who are ready to teach as well as those who are simply looking to enrich and grow their personal practice.

We aim to help you understand what your path is within yoga. What feels most honest, authentic and true to your individual nature. No two people will have the same journey and our aim is to create an environment that helps you find your individual voice.

The training is focused on the Vinyasa format of sequencing but draws much of its teachings from traditional Ashtanga and Hatha lineages.

Qualified and experienced teachers will lead you through this month long journey. They have graduated hundreds of students and offer honest insight into the transition of becoming a teacher and the practical integration of yoga into your life beyond the mat. Our training merges the spiritual practice of the East with the physical practice of the West, as we believe that combining ancient wisdom and modern science offers the most well rounded education and cohesive experience.

We understand that 30 days is a relatively short amount of time to take on the vast amount of information that comprises yoga. Therefore we hold a high standard of commitment and don’t hold back in delivering content as we have no doubt that every student has the ability to learn, grow and evolve into their highest potential when knowledge is at their fingertips.

We also know that people learn the most when they are surrounded by opportunities to explore sunsets, full moons and new friends. Breaks will be built into the day to allow you to eat, recharge, re-boot and explore your surroundings!

This will be the beginning of a lifelong journey, and we will set a solid foundation for you to come back to and a family that you can always call upon.

Space is limited as we accept a maximum of 20 students each course in order to ensure personalized attention and create the most effective learning environment.

The training will be held at Dancing Spirit Ranch, located in the Flathead Valley, home of Glacier National Park, this ranch sits on 160-acres full of forest, ponds, and over 5 miles of walking trails leading you to a variety of sacred stone sites.

From labyrinth walks to gong baths, the hidden treasures of Dancing Spirit Ranch will make your yoga teacher training unlike any other. The ranch has a variety of buildings that create a unique Western Village, perfect to house your yoga training. From morning classes in the School House, to nourishing meals in the Barn, every corner of the ranch has something memorable to offer.

Please get in touch, and we will be happy to send you an application and set up an interview with your teacher. Please note there is a required pre-reading list that will need to be purchased and read before the start of the course. YogaKoh will provide all additional required manuals.
