Prenatal Yoga-6 week series with Trish McCarver

An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until May 14, 2019


Experience a fulfilling prenatal yoga practice that offers a way to maintain a healthy mind and body during your pregnancy. Classes will revolve around pelvic floor work, neck and shoulder release, low back and sciatic pain as well as enhance mobility and posture. Our safe, open community allows you to freely share any issues, discomforts or concerns with other moms. This series will build endurance and strength as well as offer breathing and relaxation techniques to prepare you for labor and birth. We welcome all levels, all trimesters and all mommas!

We also periodically bring in guest teachers and experts during class, including: lactation consultants, massage therapists, and physical therapists–all included in your registration fee.

This class meets in our smaller, upstairs studio. Space is limited. Please pre-register. A doctor’s note is required for high risk pregnancies, which you can bring with you to the first class.
