Mindful-Body Teen Yoga 4 Week Series

An event every week that begins at 4:45pm on Monday, happening 4 times

$55 – $65

Teen Yoga Class Series will meet once every Monday for an hour. During these series, Teens will be introduced to mindfulness exercises and yoga postures that build confidence, enhance awareness and grounding. Visualization meditation and pranayama “Breathing exercises” are used to reduce tension, and relieve stress which can be applied to everyday life. During these series, teens will explore the influential and playful connection between mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and journaling exercises.

Stress releasing coloring sheets will be used as art therapy to explore feelings, reconcile emotional conflicts, foster self-awareness, manage behavior, reduce anxiety and increase self-esteem.Students will need a pen/ journal/color pencils or markers

Advanced Registration is required for the 4-week series and the cost is $50 for Members, $55 for Pre-Registration & $60 for Door Registration. REGISTRATION LINK COMING!
