Livestream Stress Relief Workshop at Grace.

Learn the tools, tips and techniques needed to cope with our stress-filled lives. Michele Russ, Yoga Teacher and Health & Wellness Coach, will guide us through a series of stress-reducing practices so you’ll discover the stress management techniques that are most effective for you. You’ll experience guided visualizations, meditation, breathing techniques and mindfulness.
