Join Jeff Migdow as he combines expertise in yoga with his background as a holistic physician and knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and many healing modalities to offer a truly complete approach to the ancient and profound discipline of yoga.

These workshops build on each other and we suggest you come to all 3 if possible and give yourself the gift of a mini-retreat. They also are each powerful on their own, so you are welcome to sign up for single sessions as well.

Nature: Doorway to Our Physical Body
Saturday, September 21, 2019 – 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Nature connection in day to day life: Yogic diet, exercise and outdoor practices.
In this workshop we will learn and experience ways to access deeper health and vitality in the physical body through our connection to Gaea/Mother Earth.
We will discuss healthy, nurturing food and eating in a yogic/conscious way. Movement through yoga postures and exercise will be explored in a way to access our deeper physical energy and vitality. As we walk the labyrinth and spend time outside and connect with the different elements in nature we have the opportunity to see how these elements reflect the elements within ourselves.
Join us in this deep exploration of our physical being.

Yoga Practice: Doorway to Our Energy/Prana Body
Saturday, September 21, 2019 – 2:00 to 5:00 pm
This workshop will carry-on from the morning session moving from the physical body to the prana sounds, and deepening our yoga practices. As we focus on experiencing these yogic practices, such as; postures, breathing techniques, chakra sounds, tratak (meditative gazing) and our connection to the energy/prana which runs throughout all of nature, we have the possibility to connect to our deeper health and vitality through our prana body. Finally we will discuss the ways out physical and prana bodies interact and support each other and ways to strengthen this bond in our day to day lives.

Meditation: Doorway to Our Intuitive and Bliss Bodies/Presence
Sunday, September 22, 2019 – 1:00 to 4:00 pm
We will move more deeply into ourselves as we explore the 6th chakra, intuition/inner wisdom and 7th, presence/pure consciousness through exploration of the process of presence. Together we will journey more fully into the moment through concentration within ourselves, on each other, through mantra and the essence of the nature around us. As we explore the experience of yoga/union both inside and out we will come to see that in essence all is within us.
