YoChi Flow and Yoga Nidra!

Most yoga practitioners are well aware of its bene?ts. Yoga lowers blood pressure, gets the digestive system running smoothly, improves cardiac function, muscle strength and circulation, and helps with depression, chronic pain and anxiety. This is also true of Qi Gong, the three-thousand-year-old Chinese self-healing exercises that circulate energy evenly throughout the body!
While yoga can seem linear, Qi Gong has a strong emphasis on soft, round, circular movements like water and wind. These movements are simple, slow, and rhythmic, and are easily performed by those of all ages and physical conditioning. When the principles of Qi Gong are integrated with yoga, we have YoChi Flow, a practice of meditative movement that can deepen and enhance the energetic quality of your practice!

In this workshop, learn how yoga and Qi Gong work in a delightfully complimentary way to cultivate life force and move stagnant or blocked energy in a way that raises the frequency of the body and quiets the mind. Then be guided into a state of deep relaxation with yoga nidra through which you will learn to enter the state between sleep and wakefulness without loss of awareness — unlocking emotions and feelings, reaching beyond to the core of the unconscious to establish harmony in all facets of your being!

Deborah Ketter ERYT500, YCEP, Kripalu 1,000 has o?ered Yoga and Yoga Nidra since 2005 and has studied Evidence Based Qi Gong with Master Yang Yang
