Thai Yoga Date Night

A relaxing Thai Yoga Therapy date night just in time for Valentine’s day! Participants will be guided through two 60 minute flowing massage sequences – one to give and one to receive. Learn basic techniques to use at home, or just enjoy with a date and relax for an evening!

Thai Yoga Therapy is an ancient practice that uses healing touch, meditation, and a loving presence to help bring balance to both body and mind. Through applying pressure on energy lines in the body, joint mobilization, and yoga-like stretching, this practice is wonderful for releasing day-to-day tension and for restoring energy to its natural flow. It’s also a great way to build connection, trust, and a deeper level of body awareness with another human!

Thai Yoga is done on a mat on the floor. This workshop is suitable for all levels, but it’s recommended you be able to sit on the floor comfortably. Come with loose fitting clothing – sleeves and pants that stretch well are optimal.

Some of the benefits people have experienced with Thai Yoga is an improvement in circulation, digestion, breathing capacity, body posture, and flexibility; as well as relief from headaches, stress, insomnia, nervous imbalance and back pain.
