Intro To Yoga

When you’re new to yoga, it can be hard to know where to start. At Shanteel we love yoga newbies and offer several classes that are a great first step.

Join us once a month for an introduction to Yoga, specifically designed for first time yogis. Here you will learn the fundamentals of yoga as well as well as walking out feeling empowered, energized, and eager to come back.

Our Intro class focuses on the basics and you’ll be surrounded by our community of new yogis as well as returning practitioners who want to work on alignment of basic poses.

At Shanteel we make yoga accessible, understandable and challenging for all students.

Our intro class will break down poses step by step, answer questions, and offer variations for your body type and ability.

Shanteel believes in giving our community a fun, safe, and accessible yoga experience. We are incredibly excited to introduce you to yoga! Yoga is an incredibly healing and empowering force and to able to share it with others, is a gift that Shanteel takes great pride in.
