IN STUDIO Prenatal Pilates 6-Week Series

June 10 @ 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM


No experience necessary! Start at any stage of your pregnancy. Our prenatal program is designed for pregnancy not modified for it. This course was developed by Megan Brown, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Pilates Instructor and mother of two. This series focuses on the specific changes associated with pregnancy and is taught in a progression.

Each Prenatal Pilates mat move has multiple benefits:
Fitness (strengthening the right muscle groups to stay toned or get fit)
Therapeutic (targets aches and pains like sciatica, back pain),
Function (prepares the body for labor and delivery).

You may take this series many times over. If you have your baby while the series is still going on, you will be able to make up your classes by returning back to the same series you were enrolled in. Prenatal exercises are a perfect place to start for post-baby moms – just contact your instructor when you are ready to return!
