Embodying Warmth & Light: Yoga, Ayurveda & Meditation Practices for Winter

As fall fades away and winter settles in, let’s work on utilizing the tools & rituals of Yoga, Ayurveda & Meditation to support our bodies & minds!
In this workshop, we will learn Asana sequences (yoga postures) & pranayama practices (breathing techniques) for building circulation, strengthening our lymphatic & respiratory systems, and stabilizing Vata & Kapha: the two doshas that are most heightened during winter.
We will learn meditation techniques for supporting our sleep schedules & the release of excess tension & stress in our nervous systems to better support our overall health and ability to fight off illness & keep our minds & hearts vibrant during the cold months.
And we will learn about Ayurveda, the ancient science of life. We will discover daily rituals & recipes we can use to maintain stable digestion & vitality in our bodies.
This workshop will include a sweet little Ayurvedic winter ritual & recipe book from Rachel.
Consider this workshop to be an afternoon retreat into winter wellness!
