dinacharya – ayurvedic daily routine to maintain good health (online workshop)

Ayurveda (the Traditional Indian Medicine which is about 5000 years old) believes that how we live your life is the key factor in determining our health, mentally and physically. How you live your life is as well in your control. You cannot control your genetic make up or the weather….But YOU can control what you eat, when, how you work with others, when you go to bed and when you wake up, if you keep your body fit or not…all this plays a major role in the mental and physical health. Learn to live accordingly to your nature (that means bring ourselves in harmony with nature) by making changing in your life that will lead to a healthier, happier life with longevity. Try to be true to your constitution (the way you are build, mentally and emotionally as well as physically).

In this online workshop you will learn about different techniques and practices that are a part of Dinacharya, the daily routine, that brings mental balance, a clear mind and is a disease prevention in itself. To learn about dinacharya is particularly important when the world around you clearly is out of balance. Dinacharya also allows you to look deeper inside yourself to see what your needs are.

The session will end with a short yoga nidra session (deep relaxation practice that is proven to bring balance to the system, to reduce stress, depression, helps with anxiety and tension). Yoga Nidra will be practiced on your back. No yoga experience needed for this workshop.
