CE workshop Are You Good In Bed?

Sleep impacts our productivity, emotional balance, brain and heart health, immune function, creativity, vitality, and even your weight. No other activity delivers so many benefits with so little effort! The good news is The IPATH Method, has a sleep-wellness program that will give you the tools to help your students learn to sleep well, with proper positions, waking without stiffness or pain. We’ ll address why it takes about 6-8 months to change sleeping habits, and understand why sleeping flat is the best position to balance and well-being. Bring your yoga mat and pillows.
