New Year, Begninner’s Yoga in the DC Area

There’s a FREE (yep!) BEGIN class at Honest Soul Yoga‘s new Tysons location on January 5 at 2:00 PM, and in West Springfield on January 12 at 2:00 PM.
Learn to Meditate with Meditation Museum. This free workshop is offered on January 5 at 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM.
If you are new to meditation or have considered starting to meditate but aren’t sure how to begin, this workshop is for you!. Join Radiance Yoga for Meditation 101 on January 5 at 3:00 PM.

There are ample opportunities for newbies to get started at Beloved Yoga! Beginner’s Yoga takes place several times throughout the week – Mondays at 7:00 PM, Tuesdays at 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Wednesdays at 4:30 PM, Thursdays at 9:30 AM, Fridays at 10:00 AM, Sundays at 11:00 AM.
Join Bhakti Yoga for Beginners Level 1 on Mondays at 6:30 PM, Tuesdays at 6:00 PM, Wednesdays at 6:30 PM, and Saturdays at 12:00 PM.
