Join us for four weeks to dive in and learn about the practice and benefits of Yoga Nidra. Learn about the states of rest in Yoga Nidra (down to the brain waves!). We will also engage in a meditation process to get us in touch with our Sankalpa, or our heart’s intention, the centerpiece of Yoga Nidra. Each week, we will experience a complete practice and have an opening discussion. The practices may be recorded for your own use.
Emily came to Yoga Nidra with a desire to deepen her practice beyond asana and meditation and to connect to the source. She sees a need in our hectic lives to allow our body and mind space to rest. She is honored to hold this space and share the teachings and wisdom of the Himalayan masters and her teachers, Rolf Sovik, Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, and Rod Stryker.
