Increase your energy while reducing the effects of stress and anxiety.
We will move through a Yin session, including pranayama, followed by 15-minutes of guided Yoga Nidra practice. Benefits include; stress relief, a quiet mind, relaxed body, less muscular tension, improved memory, more energy, increased awareness, and the ability to stay present.
Join Ellen for three weeks in February, as we learn more about this ancient healing practice, which is especially helpful during this time.
