Learn how to nourish your body through movement. This workshop is meant for any athletes, non -athletes, or anyone who wants to dive deeper into daily movement for health, injury prevention, mobility, and strength. Students will move through mobility drills, Pilates inspired exercises, and the basics of Animal Flow.
