come Join us for a Free online Meditation for Beginners webinar.In this session you will learn Isha Kriya , a simple yet potent 12-18 minutes practice that can help you to become meditative effortlessly.

This meditation is designed to bring you clarity, health, and joy .In a research conducted by the Harvard Medical School, this meditation has proven to reduce tension, anger, fatigue, confusion and depression.

The above practice do not require any previous experience with meditation and can be done by sitting in a chair, Sessions will be conducted by a trained instructor, after which going online support will be also available.
