Join Michele Russ on a six-week journey to improved wellness. This online program will give you the resources and support you need to establish a healthy way of living that is balanced, personalized and sustainable.

The evidence is clear—social support makes people more likely to stick with behavioral changes, so I’ve designed this program to provide the support and guidance you need. I’m here to help you navigate your way on your unique wellness journey. We’ll have our own private Facebook group where you can access information and videos at times that are convenient to you! Interact as much or as little as you want.

Each week, we’ll focus on different aspects of health and well-being. Healthy living is much more than diet and exercise. While this is not specifically a weight-loss focused program, the results of our six week journey may include moving toward a healthier weight, increased energy, reduced stress, improved sleep and more. We’ll be working holistically to create the positive lifestyle changes that are important to you.

Six Weeks to Wellness is for YOU if —

• you’re overwhelmed by all the health information out there and don’t know where to begin
• you want to feel better in your own skin and have more energy
• you want to feel empowered to make desirable, health-generating change
• you’re short on time and need things to be clear and simple
• you’re ready to take control of your health, and commit to a new lifestyle

This is an easy to manage, individualized approach in a supportive group setting. I’m here to be a partner, to help guide and motivate you to reach your goals. It will take work and commitment on your part, but I’ll be there with you every step of the way. Past participants have enjoyed celebrating each other’s successes, sharing ideas, recipes, resources and more! Each of the first five weeks, we’ll focus on a new topic or challenge; the sixth week will be focused on firmly establishing the healthy, positive changes you wish to keep moving forward.

We’ll kick off our six weeks together with a 45-minute introductory Zoom call on Sunday, April 11. Each Sunday, we’ll have another check-in Zoom session to reflect on the past week and introduce the focus for the next. These will be recorded, so no worries if you can’t make it! We’ll have drawings for great prizes each week to provide extra incentive! The majority of the information is shared on our private FaceBook group page where I’ll be posting regularly. You can view, comment and participate at your convenience to stay on track. I’ll be sharing information, going LIVE, responding to questions and encouraging everyone along the way. You may also reach out to me via email if there is something you’d rather not post to the group. We’ll find a balance to keep things fun and interesting, while taking our commitment to wellness seriously.

The next Six Weeks to Wellness begins on Sunday, April 11 (Zoom call at 7pm) and culminates with our last Zoom call on Sunday, May 23. This is an online program with most of the action taking place in our private FaceBook group, plus seven live Zoom sessions.
