Coronavirus Interrupting Your Yoga Practice?

Online Yoga Options if Your Yoga Class is Not Available

We have been advised to practice “social distancing” while we wait for the Coronavirus to run its course. Not exactly sure what that means when you are longing to be in your favorite yoga studio, on your mat, in a place many of us have found safety and comfort. If you are lucky enough to find your yoga studio open, you will then figure out how to deal with “social distancing” when you get to class.

But if you’re opting to stay home from class, or if your yoga studio has temporarily closed due to local restrictions, you can still catch a class. There are an abundance of online options to keep you going. Here’s a list from our member yoga businesses.  Check back with us daily as this list continues to grow.
