Raja Yoga Meditation

Raja Yoga Meditation – An ancient system of meditation and spiritual understanding. It enables us to return to a state of inner peace, personal power and self-worth through re-kindling the soul’s original qualities and virtues. Providing many answers to age-old questions relating to our identity and purpose and opens a pathway to true peace of mind and a natural state of happiness. Raja Yoga Meditation is taught as a method of self-awareness, leading ultimately to self-realization. Note: This is not Hatha Yoga.

Held at the Meditation Museum II, 1984 Chain Bridge Road, Suite 201, McLean VA. (Tysons Corner). Course starts on the first Tuesday of each month – Classes are held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for two weeks. Since each class is connected to the next, plan to attend all, in sequence. Also one cannot join the course after it has started.
