Comfort Measures Workshop For Couples led by Darlene Bergener

Feel vibrant throughout pregnancy and confident as your due date
approaches. You just need the right tools and know how and when to use them!

Pregnancy discomforts and typical birthing practices can create many obstacles. This virtual, yet hands-on workshop for couples, taught by Darlene Bergener, a yoga teacher, myofascial release therapist and birth doula, includes evidence-based and highly effective holistic comfort measures, not covered in traditional birthing classes.

Discussions will include unmedicated, medicated, and C-section deliveries. You will receive a complete packet of all the
information empowering you to confidently navigate your amazing, yet sometimes challenging, journey to motherhood!
We will cover:
Yoga postures for alleviating common discomforts like back pain, sciatica and more
Breath practices and relaxation techniques for pregnancy, labor and beyond
Massage techniques to increase your comfort
Guidance from the experts on mindset and approach
Exercises to help with postpartum recovery
Practical suggestions for successful breastfeeding

BONUS: Doula tips and tricks that make all the difference!
