Wake up to the power of your breath for a more joyful, vibrant life!

How we breathe is intimately related to the health of our body and mind, and yet most of the time, we take our breath for granted. Poor breathing patterns contribute greatly to many common conditions like sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, inflammation and pain in the body. Proper breathing combats stress, oxygenates our cells, strengthens our lungs, diaphragm, organs & tissues, and brings more coherence to our brain and heart.

This Vital Breath series is designed to help us create healthy, new breathing habits for life. Join Sue for this weekly exploration into the many facets of breathing — including functional breathing, intentional energy/qigong movements, and an array of pranayama practices. Each 30 minute class is meant to energize us and calm us, and ultimately expand our vital life force energy/Prana/Qi for more longevity, clarity, joy, and peace of mind. If you can’t make the morning practices live, you will receive the recordings after each class to enjoy them in your own time. Each class recording will remain available for the duration of the series!

All that is required is a willing mind and a committed heart- your body will love you for it!

Cost: $65 for full series (9 classes), $10 drop-ins, or included in membership (& 10 class cards)!
