ONLINE Chanting & Meditation Weekend

April 23 - April 25

Singing is a way for you to express your heart, but chanting is how you express your spirit. Yoga’s amazing technology includes chanting in Sanskrit, providing a direct route to inner bliss.

Spend the weekend immersed in the music of yoga. Plumb the heights of Consciousness and the depths of your own being, carried by the sound current hidden in the mantras we sing. This all happens at home, or wherever you’re sheltering at this time. We zoom in to you on your computer, tablet or phone, guiding and supporting you in the yogic process of finding your Self.

Each of these weekend retreats has a theme, created by Satguru Swami Nirmalananda. We use classical teaching stories to explain the chants as well as the inner experiences you are having.

Theme: Mantra

The only reason you’re not enlightened is that you need more mantra! You indulge in mundane thoughts and reactions too much of the time. Steep in mantra for a weekend and find out how true this is. Enlightenment is so close to you, closer even than your breath, but you don’t know how to look until you do more mantra.

From beginners through advanced yogis, you will be delighted at how easy this yoga practice is, called bhakti yoga, the “Yoga of the Heart.” Every step of the way, you’ll be filling your heart and home with these Divine sounds, through the sound of your own voice, blended with Swami Nirmalananda and our Ashram’s other swamis and chanters.
