An event every week that begins at 3:00pm on Sunday, repeating until February 14, 2021


Join Laura Andors, certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, in this 6 week series to commit to 2021 being a new year with better eating habits and increased self-awareness.
Laura takes a holistic approach to health and nutrition. Having a healthy mindset and managing stress is equally as important to what is on your plate. She believes in bio-individuality of each person’s needs and that mindful eating is a more successful and sustainable approach to diet culture. These group coaching sessions will provide a warm environment with support and accountability. You will work on bringing awareness to your habits, setting goals and mindset shifting.

Bring a notebook and pen!

This enrollment is for VIRTUAL participation via ZOOM in this series. All participants will be able to see each other and the instructor and interact from the comfort of their own homes. A recording of each session will be available to those registered for the entirety of the series.
*Your instructor will send an introduction email with information for joining class on the morning of the series.

This is a 6-week specialized series.
Series are separate from class packages.
No drop-ins permitted, to participate you must register for full series.
One make up available, please talk to your instructor if you need to make up a class.
No refunds, studio credit possible if series cancelled 24 hours before start of first class.
