Coming Home: A Level 2 Practice for Grounded Awareness
Tuesdays, 7:00-8:15 PM ET
February 23 – March 16, 2021
Through a level 2 yoga practice, this series will explore interoception, our inner sense of ourselves. Increasing our inner sense of self provides a host of adaptive and resilient benefits for the brain and body, including anxiety and stress reduction. We will work with standing poses, balancing postures and grounded backbends in an effort to increase awareness and to continue to feel at home in our bodies. This series is appropriate for level 2 and up.
