Perfect for anyone who is new to yoga, Bloom’s Yoga 101 provides a solid foundation in the essential yoga poses, breath practices, and mindfulness techniques. Each session builds on the previous one, allowing you to absorb and apply what you’ve learned so that you’ll feel prepared for our ongoing classes.
Get a thorough introduction to yoga from an experienced teacher. Join a community of other brand new beginners as you look in-depth at the most commonly practiced poses, and take advantage of the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Included in this workshop series you will receive complimentary weekly handouts with practice tips, pose pictures and names, an intro to philosophy, and FAQs to support your learning.

4-session series cost: $75
Yoga 101 will be an In-Person workshop. Masks are required and proof of vaccination or negative test required.
