Yoga for Anxiety

Yoga for Anxiety was created by Cindy Beers, MS 500 ERYT and Tom Fink PhD.¬†We conduct one day workshops and yoga teacher trainings which will give you the tools necessary to become able to handle every day life in a holistic way. Yoga for Anxiety uses the yoga philosophy, EFT (tapping), meditation, and yoga poses to teach you positive ways of dealing with today’s stressful lifestyles.
