Why the Heat?

We believe there are numerous benefits to practicing yoga in a heated room. Hot Yoga strengthens and deeply cleanses the system adding intensity to the work that you would normally get in practice and raises the level of purification exponentially. The heat allows your body to stretch more deeply and safely, increases circulation to facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal, and detoxifies the body.

Hot Yoga is designed so that each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments and joints needed for the next posture. It systematically stimulates the organs, glands and nervous system and moves freshly oxygenated blood to the body.
