300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training

January 16

I am living breathing proof that a person can heal and free themselves physically, mentally and spiritually through the practice of yoga.
I began my yoga practice when I was seventeen years old. I suffered chronic depression from a young age, physical symptoms including severe IBS and felt lost in the world. I felt better even after my first practice and noticed – in time – that my feelings of peace, love and vitality lasted longer and longer.
I immersed myself in Yogic philosophy, practice and community. As I did, I noticed I got sick less and less often, my chronic symptoms vanished, my depression shifted into a sense of peace, courage and deep connection with life and the beings around me.
– Five Peaks’ Founder & Lead Teacher, Lauren Christian
Yoga activates within each of us a profound power to heal and serve. Yoga is not a one-size-fits-all practice. To share yoga with all beings, we need to expand beyond the techniques that work for us. When you learn to listen and respond to your students through the frameworks of the 8-limb path (Ashtanga), Koshas (layers of being), Chakras you offer them a gift that is eternal and uniquely their own.

This is an advanced program that builds on the foundation of the Five Peaks’ 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. In the 200-hour training, students gain context and tools to cultivate a personal relationship with their yoga practice.

The 300-Hour program gives you the historical context and specialized skills you need to thrive personally and professionally while being of greater service and impact to the world.
