This is an advanced program that builds on the foundation of the Five Peaks’ 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. In the 200-hour training, students gain context and tools to cultivate a personal relationship with their yoga practice.

The 300-Hour program gives you the historical context and specialized skills you need to thrive personally and professionally while being of greater service and impact to the world.

– Yoga History & Lineage in context to modern day application

a. Understand the relationship and application of Ayurveda & Yoga for holistic healing and well-being

b. Explore origin texts including Rig Veda, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Anu Gita & Yoga Sutras of Patanjali

– Advanced Yoga Anatomy & Physiology

a. Applied yoga anatomy to address injury & imbalance

b. Applied yoga physiology to address mental & emotional imbalances

c. Seva (service) & sangha (community) work for healing individuals and communities

– Techniques, Training & Practice

a. Yoga Asana (Adaptations for special populations, advanced theming & sequencing).

b. Yin Yoga

c. Pranayama

d. Meditation

e. Energy-work

– Business of Yoga & Yoga Ethics

a. Cultivating a specialization

b. Creating workshops, one-on-one client work & trainings

a. This program asks you to apply what you learn through a personal project. You will leave this program with real-world expertise, experience, contacts and testimonials.

Pre-Requisites: This program requires a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate or equivalent. Registration includes a 15-minute phone interview with lead teacher Lauren Christian to set program intentions, expectations and address any questions.
