6 WEEKS TOWARDS WHEEL – Learning to love backbends (Live and online)

This series of workshops geared towards learning Wheel will give you tools and techniques for making progress towards this advanced back bend. We will start with the foundation, learning the poses you need to be able to do before you even tackle Wheel. We will build the strength in the arms, legs and back muscles that are necessary to push up into Wheel. We will open the upper back and stretch the shoulders and hips safely. All of the actions, done properly, over a long period of time can produce amazing results.
To participate in these sessions students must have the necessary props: A backless yoga chair, a 9″ x 25″ round bolster, 2 blocks, a yoga strap and 3 to 5 blankets.
